Since 1996 Zenith has grown to its current size in the main through competitively won organic growth. In recent years however, where the strategic fit has been right, the company acquired smaller businesses and the legal structure you see below is the consequence of this. At all times we look to simplify and over-time the majority of acquired subsidiaries we would expect to reach “dormant” status.
