| WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH | Clients, Regional Manager, sales team for meetings, Sales Order Processing, Human Resources, Finance, Distribution, Board of Directors |
| BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITY | Territory targets and budgets to be discussed |
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- Ensure day Plan calls are completed with all necessary work carried out.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and report on activity to Regional Manager within 24 hours.
- Investigate and discover Product Range within existing accounts and develop where possible to optimise gross profit.
- Ensure all dosing equipment is functioning correctly and perform minor repairs
- All Company signage to be put up and signage of competitors removed.
- Ensure all customers queries are acknowledged, processed or dealt with within the same working day.
- Complete all paperwork within timescale set by Regional Manager.
- Forward reports to Administration Department completed legibly and signed b the Customers’ authorised representative.
- Negotiate prices to a maximum of selling price.
- Ensure all Company dispensing equipment is retrieved from any lost account.
- Ensure all information gathered on potential new business within the region is passed on to the development team
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect and maintain the designated business within the territory
- Develop sales within the existing accounts
- Contact potential business within the territory
- Achieve Sales Targets set
- Ensure all reports and paperwork are completed on time
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Industry knowledge gained through previous roles in this area.
- Sales experience.
