WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITHClients, Regional Manager, sales team for meetings, Sales Order Processing, Human Resources, Finance, Distribution, Board of Directors
BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITYTerritory targets and budgets to be discussed

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

  1. Ensure day Plan calls are completed with all necessary work carried out.
  2. Maintain awareness of competitors and report on activity to Regional Manager within 24 hours.
  3. Investigate and discover Product Range within existing accounts and develop where possible to optimise gross profit.
  4. Ensure all dosing equipment is functioning correctly and perform minor repairs
  5. All Company signage to be put up and signage of competitors removed.
  6. Ensure all customers queries are acknowledged, processed or dealt with within the same working day.
  7. Complete all paperwork within timescale set by Regional Manager.
  8. Forward reports to Administration Department completed legibly and signed b the Customers’ authorised representative.
  9. Negotiate prices to a maximum of selling price.
  10. Ensure all Company dispensing equipment is retrieved from any lost account.
  11. Ensure all information gathered on potential new business within the region is passed on to the development team


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Protect and maintain the designated business within the territory
  2. Develop sales within the existing accounts
  3. Contact potential business within the territory
  4. Achieve Sales Targets set
  5. Ensure all reports and paperwork are completed on time

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Industry knowledge gained through previous roles in this area.
  2. Sales experience.
  3. Target driven.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Exceptional communication skills.
  6. Motivated and focused.
